So I saying just like shopping in bobae, you see clothes cheap just buy first, else want to come back cant find the store liao ... Too big de place

Go for the Chok (porridge) taste fantastic.
Especially if you can eat pork innards, they have super good innards porridge.

Otherwise like what the others say, grab anything off the roadside. Try everything. Thailand is a place for good affordable food!

The Hound chain of cafes are very popular among Singaporeans. I've only tried another hound at siam paragon. The food is cheap by Singapore cafe standards so please don't compare with bkk street food. Sweet hound is beside for those to try dessert.

Had jok for breakfast yesterday, minced pork balls and small intestine
The stall is at Pratunam market, very near to the lane where Pratunam pavilion/citin/blutique is located
One of the best jok I've eaten
Went back today at 9 plus but she is not there
Shall try again tomorrow early morning

There is a variation like teochew muay also but dunno whats the name. More of a soupy version. One I ate was with barramundi slice. Taste shiok too!

Barramundi never tasted so good except in Thailand. No muddy taste at all.

it's called khao tom pla (lit. rice / boiled / fish). of cos u can have other variations like khao tom talay, khao tom pla muek, khao tom moo krob & etc.
i prefer their jok with lota gingers. d stall dat we patronized regularly served quite big minced pork balls. our sg jok serves d pork balls maciam got gold inside. smaller than a five cent coin!!!
