justice? innocent jailed? wrong judgement and sentencing is more common than you think. just that unless got some miracle evidence appear, you wont be able to clear your name.

for example... before there is DNA, pple go to jail or death for crimes they din commit. after discovery of DNA, they tested the evidence again found that the DNA didnt match those found on the scene etc.. in the end many were exonerated.

this is just an example.. so i never believed in any justice system in the world. judge is not god, he cannot turn back time and appear at the scene to see what happen.

its about $ and luck sometimes

how can a crime be proven beyond a reasonable doubt?

witness can lie, evidence can be planted, contanminated or destroyed. unless you have hard video evidence of the crime in action..

Even video oso can be fake... Haha.
