Next rotation I think TCH will be out and Ng will take over as DPM. Heng is probably meant for DPM position also. Then Ng will be out and either one of the 3 will become DPM and the other might become PM.

U see now is 2 DPM, 1 is either/or Finance+MOE the other is Ministry of Defense or Ministry of Home Affairs.
