a Zhuge Liang in our context would be an extremely shrewd guy (on par with LKY or better) who can find a way to counter and shut-down MIW's MSM, new citizen, carrots package and GRC strategy for good.

once 3 out of these 4 are shut down, MIW will be shatting in their panties.

it is obvious the current oppo's strategies will not work now or in the future, and winning the votes of the new citizens will be where the next battle will be. merging sdp + wp will not have a difference in vote count if they've no effective counters against MIW's big 4.

Usually form a coalition only after election and no one party has majority. Not the same as merge, which means the parties must enter under one party.

Looking at CSJ's ego and his historical baggage, I don't see how WP would want to add deadweight to their party. If CSJ had polled with much higher percentage, that might be different.
