Russia also got no time to waste. Putin got to finish this war in a month time. The oligarchs got no patience for him. He will use mass destruction weapon in a week. The robbers are setting their conditions now. If you agree, they will stop killing and leave. As long as you disagree with the terms, they'll continue killing. Bear in mind that outsiders are not coming in to help you fight the robbers off.

Honestly, I've no idea what the family members desire.

I'm more interest to know what Zelensky's priority is. At the moment I'm still seeing him spending his time kpkb-ing to the media about the atrocities committed by Russian armies, how badly his countryman are still suffering, and about why others still do not come forward to rescue his people, etc.
