DDR4 is only coming with Skylake AFAIK.

Someone once posted a chart by Intel. DDR4 is expected to roll out Q4 this year to enterprise solutions, taking 9% of the market.

By 2014 Q4 (Broadswell), it will be in the consumer range covering around 50% of the market.

2015 (Skylake) and beyond will be completely DDR4.

This news was out 2 years ago I think.
