the rules state clearly that all phone be brought into green zone...
If u cn prove ur device cn call via line (can't use app) thn it cn be brought in...

Handphones of any sizes are allowed.

Tablets have to request for loa. Same goes for laptops.

I know tablets function the same as handphones, just that most cannot make calls and are larger so it's strange that mindef allows handphones but not tablets.

Then again, they are in the midst of reviewing this rule and allowing of handphones into camps is somewhat a pilot phase.

Give them time and eventually tablets should also be allowed in
