Broken Ethernet Port

Hi,
I suspect I may have damaged the Ethernet Port after accidentally tilting my computer with the LAN cable attached and bending it on my table. My connection as a result has been pretty unstable and the cable is loose. Is there any way I can fix it? My computer is a Lenovo Y480 laptop. Thanks!
