does anyone know of any brokerage firm that charges fixed rate for Singapore shares trading?


I am looking for one brokerage that could offer me fixed rate without taking into consideration of the trade amount.

Doesn't exist. You might be able to negotiate this with your broker if you're a really huge trader, but even then it'd probably still work out more expensive than the usual 0.18%.
