Brother HL-L6200DW printer issue

Hello everyone, my new office comes with a printer, which prints but with lots of streaks and dirty patterns on the paper (see photo). Would replacing the drum fix this? Or it is possibly some other issue? Thanks for any advice!

Assume u're not using pirated toner/expired toner

3 possibility
1. drum dirty.... clean the drum.
2. excess powder inside the toner..... shake the toner...to loose out the powder.
3. toner spoil.... buy new toner.

Thank you very much for the fast reply and the advice! I will look into those possibilities.

Update: the toner was spoiled and it made the drum very very dirty. Replaced both.
