TOP happening very soon.....wait for the announcement....maybe before this month is up.

CDL clearing D'nest (phase 2 TOP announced on 9 Oct), then The Brownstone will be next.

Hope no delays over at D'nest.

You hoping for TOP soon or later?

Those "with long necks" (just kidding) can start make preparations liao.....make payment up to 85% within 2 weeks of receiving NVP letter, collect keys upon required payments, quote for reno, carpentry, electrical works, engage mover, professional inspection etc etc.

All the best to you.....everything will be like a flash if you intend to move in soonest.

The process will be in the NVP letter.

Basically make the necessary payments within 2 weeks after receive the letter.

The payments includes payment up to 85% of loan, 6 monthly payment of maintenance fee + GST and survey fee.

CDL will then allow the eBooking of key collection date. Need to register online in their website.

Choose a good date to collect the keys to your new home. Congratulations!

I’m abit confused... how come they say is 100% sold but on websites like propertyguru still can see a few listings posted by agents recently of units on sale. So those are real units for sale or just so agents can get in touch with interested buyers and recommend other projects :s11:
