Browsing Mobile phone (Chrome Apps) from Desktop

I am running into difficulty to access my mobile phone from laptop. Here is my situation.

I need to access overseas govt website for some licensing. This overseas website permit only IP address from their country.

So I have installed TurboVPN on my android phone and used FREE country specific Server.

Now from the browser (Chrome and other Browsers) with in Android Phone to access the licencing website. It works perfect.

TurboVPN provides only Android and iPhone Apps. They do not provide Windows Software to connect Laptop. Since I have lots of entry work, upload documents etc, I want to make use of Chrome browser/Other browser with in Mobile phone from Laptop. This will help me to enter data easily, upload documents easily from laptop.


Any apps tools available?

Pay for a proper VPN which offers Windows support. All the major VPN vendors offer Windows support. Mobile only VPN vendors are not trustworthy.

Ref only. The author might be a bit biased. Turbo VPN apparently is a Singapore based company. Still it does not have a good name. IVacy is another Singapore based VPN vendor but with relatively good name.
