Hey guys,

I recently replaced the HDD of my old laptop with a brand new WD Green SSD 120GB for my dad, and tried installing Windows XP 32bit via CD, but kept getting BSOD whenever it reaches Windows is loading stage.

Any fixes for this? Do I have to install Windows 7 or Vista instead via USB?

Thanks!

What use such an old os which is dangerous when surfing online. Using such old os will put the user at high risk of an attack by hacker. Better use Windows 10. You may not like to hear it but it is true.
