Hello guys.. recently I'm facing this Blue Screen problem that is getting worst. I'm really bad at these stuffs, thus asking you guys to help me out if its possible.

BSoD occurs really often nowadays even when I'm just browsing stuffs, watching youtube videos. Or simply just switching on my computer. Since I'm really bad at these stuffs. I hope you guys could provide me some easy steps to understand to solve this problem.

If not, if anyone knows any good location to actually go for a PC repair.

These are some info I can provide, please instruct me if any more info is needed.
I took these from BlueScreen View ( Google-ed ) :

Bug Check String : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Bug Check Code : 0x0000001a
Parameter 1 : 00000000`00041284
Parameter 2 : 00000000`05a63001
Parameter 3 : 00000000`00000000
Parameter 4 : fffff700`01080000
Caused by Driver : ntoskrnl.exe
Caused by Address : ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0

And the second time :

Bug Check String : SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Bug Check Code : 0x0000003b
Parameter 1 : 00000000`c0000005
Parameter 2 : fffff800`03012a9b
Parameter 3 : fffff880`07b18da0
Parameter 4 : 00000000`00000000
Caused by Driver : ntoskrnl.exe
Caused by Address : ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0

After this few incidents, my desktop would sometimes randomly "shut-down" instantly by its own, gives me black screens but the CPU stays switched on ( weird huh ). Or My screen would just hang at the current state and gives me a sound that lasts very long until I resets my CPU. Or sometimes it just restarts my computer for no reason.

I hope someone could help me find a solution to this problem.
Much appreciated it. Thank you. :)

Hello! I've reseated my RAM and these are my specs.

OS Name - Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Version- 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
System Manufacturer - Acer
System Model - Predator G3610
System Type - x64-based PC
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz, 3301 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date - American Megatrends Inc. P01-A1, 23/03/2011

As for the Memtest 86+
I did the test few weeks ago. And left it overnight. It gave me over a million errors and I didn't know what to do. It seems it require me to put on the test for some time before I actually see the errors. So I might need some time before getting that to you.

So, I actually only have 1 RAM. And all I could do is to switch the slots to one another. But because of this weird problem that it doesn't really happen all the times, I can't really test the effectiveness of this solution. It might not give me BSoD now, but maybe a few days later.

Or do you know is there anyway to actually really test it out that its my RAM's problem..?
Also, since I'm bad at this, I've 4 different slots of RAM. There's 2 different color, Black and Blue. Does it matter if I placed on any of the different color slot? Just to clarify.

OK, you got just 1 stick of RAM. What you should do is this:

1) Take RAM, switch to another slot.

2) Run Memtest 86+, see if got error.

3) Repeat step 1 and 2 until all slots are tested.

If Memtest 86+ shows errors when the RAM is inserted into 1 of the 4 RAM slots, that RAM slot got problem. If Memtest 86+ shows errors with all 4 RAM slots, your RAM got problem, buy new RAM.

The black and blue RAM slots only matter if you are using the dual channel function of RAM when using 2 similar sticks of RAMs.

Hello, so, I've used Memtest 86+ last night for the same RAM and slot and I've got no errors. What does it mean? Or did it got 'fixed' somehow after I reseat-ed the RAM.
Do I still have to try out other RAM slots?

I guess the RAM problem somehow fixed itself. RAMs are very finicky at times and sometimes it is quite amazing how many problems with RAMs are solved just by reseating RAMs.

I see. Alright then. Thanks a lot! Really appreciated all your quick responses. :> Glad I don't really have to go to a PC shop to fix it. Hahaha! Thanks a lot once again. :D
