Hi guys, my laptop recently keep having this problem and it happens randomly such as doing word, youtubing or just surfing net. A quick Google stated that this error is usually related to wrong voltage to CPU, but my laptop cannot overclock or do anything related to it in the BIOS. Can this be a motherboard related problem? Any help appreciated :)

Yeah. Cause for laptop oem bios you cant do anything to check on their voltages settings.

And since its soldered to the mobo. I guess you are pretty much on your own. Best to head to the service centre to get it replaced.

Depends on branding. And depends on what and why the sticker has been tampered with. If it is a HDD swap, or a RAM swap it is still fine. They will still need to warrant the laptop.

Should not be an issue. Just bring it down to Acer which is at International Business Park, Jurong East. The last time i had my netbook warrantied as my wifi card was always disconnected (not available at all times).

The last time was with ram module upgrade by myself. They did accept it.

There are ways to go to IBP.

Head to JE MRT. Walk to the back (meaning towards the back of the station, tap out area, NOT the Passenger Control side).

Cross the overhead bridge. Just as you walk down there is a long bus coach area. IBP bus usually arrives at the nearest point to the bridge stairs.

Pay 40cents Cash OR pay 40cents via NETS flashpay.

The bus will drive to IBP. The very first bus stop you can alight (Bus Stop IBP1). NOTE. There is no bus bell to stop the bus. They will stop at every stop.

Cant miss ACER.
