If the above mentioned folder not found but memory.dmp present in C:\windows\memory.dmp, change the default setting to small memory dump and uncheck the "Automatically Restart" as well.

Gs wondering if any chance my gpu might be the cause ? Because ytd i tried bf4 on high settings max the game does not feels like 60fps above feels morelike 30-40fps even when im using mantle

That beta drivers got issues with the game currently after another patch.

Go back to the previous drivers. And the gameplay for that has not improve ever since.
