Akaso's first ever 360 camera is affordable, simple to use and pretty capable. While image quality and features lag behind Insta360's X5 and X4, the Akaso 360 creates good-looking 360 videos and photos with minimal effort from the user, while its companion mobile and desktop apps allow more in-depth editing from users who demand more. Be warned, though: it's not designed for rough use, and isn't fully waterproof – so if you need a camera to document watersports or extreme activities, you'll be better off with something else.
