Asrock H81M-HDS +i3 3258 = SGD177

Palit GTX1050 = SGD188

Cooler Master Elite 400W = SGD45

Total SGD410. Left $90 for case. Prices from PC Themes.

GTX1050 more than enough for Dota 2 and L4D2. New titles in steam depends on what titles.

Missing Ram (just get 8gb ddr3 valueram)
Storage? (WD 1tb hdd)
Operating System?? (reddit win 10N costs 30bux)

Recommend u get fsp hexa plus for PSU as it costs around the same but with better build quality.

Case get a cheap tecware F3 which will serve your need

In conclusion,

You must be dreaming, part 3.

U must be dreaming, part 5.
G3258 good enough for 800x600 since TS didn't state what resolution he'll be gaming at. Rest of the money go get cheapest parts and left over $ go get windows 10 home retail for $279. More or less $500.

Use kabylake pentium and its IGP + h110 board, add 4GB ram and a 60 GB ssd + cheap case and PSU bundle.

This is to allow him to play at playable frame rates. :D

Save money don't buy PC Lor, go Lan shop cheaper for short term, economy good then buy a rig
Exactly. Save money is play mobile games. Hahaha. To be honest, gather few more months of money then quote. No point getting a sub-par pc at low price where you will regret in 1 or 2 years time. A usual good one cost 1.2k or less with i5 and gtx 1060. That can go a long way then spending 500 on a pentium for gaming.
