Actually you can just subscribe to the budget airline mailing list. TigerAir, AirAsia and Jetstar tend to send news on promos, but must chop chop get or they disappear fast!

Was just searching the web and found out that every Thursday is TigerFlash day, where TigerAir is offering a discount on all its prices. It looks like they are having a Halloween promo:

The deal says $0 to Cebu, KL and Medan, $2 to Langkawi and $19 to Phuket. I think for sure got some ToC though. Maybe you all should check with their office before buying.
