I recommend the newer S12III if you want to buy the S12II.
Not much review, but better components used relative to the S12II

I've bought 2 of these before and it's non modular.

To TS, Superflower Leadex ECO Silver 500W ($89) or 600W ($99). Modular, 5 years warranty, 80+ Silver, Superflower is a very well known brand for reliability and quality despite its funny name. Highly recommend these. Can get from Lazada (direct from Tech Dynamic, its distro). At the time of posting, only 600W available.

Don't skimp on PSU. Bad PSU could trip your whole system away. Even for budget builds I do for my acquaintance, I won't skimp on PSU and this is what I personally would recommend and get.
