Budget build help!

So my brother's birthday is coming up and he is always complaining about his laptop overheating, cant run high end games. So i was thinking of building him his first pc but just under SGD900? Right now i have a PALIT GT 730 1024mb GDDR5 laying around so maybe i think i could use that in this build? He usually play games like dota, rainbow 6 siege, csgo so maybe at least could run battlefield at high so he can explore more games. Do suggest me the best budget build thanks!

I dun think u could ever run high settings on BF and rainbow 6 siege with that GPU.... u are better of getting a new gpu like GTX 960 for him. a GTX 960 cost 199@lazada.

Instead of rebuilding, you must have to search any gaming pc. Search for cheap gaming pcs and you will get the list of gaming devices. And i must say in $650 you will get best machine for your brother.

I wanna build it on my own so that if there is anything wrong i can easily fix it and also i dont trust resellers :/

Can go 2nd hand route if you want it cheaper.

buy an older i5 cpu/mobo, and maybe GTX9xx series GPU.
