Is Kingston brand good?

Normal lo , so far no problem. because if didn't use overclock cpu & mobo , u didn't need buy high end ram . Even strontium brand I used for 4 years already

So the parts that I need will be:
- Motherboard
- CPU
- RAM
- Casing

I read from the other post that there's the Skylake Chip and to use DDR4 and I really prefer Intel to AMD due to past experience.

$1k budget for the parts you need is plentiful. Skylake isn't needed. In fact all you would need is some Sandy Bridge horsepower
