Budget desktop for my nephew

Have lost touch to the DIY world since my current desktop. Need some recommendation from the pros:

1. Budget not exceeding S$800
2. For normal school work and gaming (he is playing LoL)
3. Does not require monitor, keyboard, mouse and OS or software
