Budget desktop recommendations please

Hi

I'm looking to build a desktop. purpose is to watch movies. will be linking up my desktop to a 55 inch TV at my living room. Budget is about 600. preferably a micro ATX size chassis (if possible). no need keyboard, mouse, monitor and SSD. any recommendations please?

Not at all, integrated graphics will do just fine.
