Klevv Bolt X 16gb 3200mhz 2x8
256gb Lexar nm610 nvme ssd
Zotac gtx1650 oc GDDR6
Tecware Nova M chassis

Winning Eleven
Occasionally cs go.

Then should be fine so long as you don't go above 1080p

Can 720p works without lag?

Get a higher capacity psu if budget allows you to stretch few tens of dollar more. It allows you upgrade to more power intensive gpu later. 420w is too low. 550w min, 650w will be great in my opinion.

Very much depends on your monitor too

if you not planning to use pcie4.0 stuff.. get b450 mobo good enough.. that savings you maybe can consider changing your ryzen 3100 to 3300x (or even 3600)

or maybe can consider to get a slightly better gpu.
