1-2 weeks back somebody posted $999 rig with 1070 after using online coupons



you budget level is really hard ... because additional $100-200 would be able to double the budget to graphic card and immensely increase the graphic output

Without monitor it is possible.
Get cheap peripherals.

U can always get GPU second hand with warranty.. i always buy gpu 2nd hand.. unless i can get new ones cheap.

Abt ~$150 bucks should be able to grab u a 960, but should be lesser.
Resale value will be around there also, so next time u can sell and upgrade your GPU when u have more money.

550 bucks for the rest of the build.. that's plenty to grab an i5+MB, 8GB ram, 500W PSU and a case.
