Budget gaming pc suggestion. help needed!

Budget:$1000
I mostly play Dota 2 nowadays and maybe will try some other graphic intensive games(farcry3) in the future. I would also like it to be able to stream games without suffering fps drop in-game or in the stream itself. Not considering ssd and 500gb hdd is enough for me actually. I would rather invest the $ into a better graphic card.

Any kind man can help me with my gaming rig? thanks in advance.

P.S. Also should I assemble the pc myself or leave it to the shop itself? Any1 know the cost of their service? Thanks once again.

IMO, you should go for an Intel quad core cpu since it is within your budget. AMD APU is a better option if you are on a tight budget and not intending to get a discrete gpu for gaming.
Ram: Kingston 1600mhz value ram 8GB @ ~$72
Unless you intend to oc your ram, go for value ram instead of ram kit.
ODD: Samsung DVD RW @ $22
SSD: Plextor M5P 128GB @ $150*
Still have enough budget for a good performing SSD to store your important programs and OS for fast boot up and file access time.
HDD: Hitachi Deskstar 1TB @ ~$80
GPU: Powercolor 7850 1GB @ $221*
Able to max out your games settings at 1080p resolution.
Case: Sharkoon T28 @ $86
PSU: FSP Raider 450W @ $68*
7850 is quite power efficient. 450W will still leave you with ample headroom.

Buy and build at Tradepac. Those with * are bundle prices.

I am currently using a Tp-link wireless usb adapter as my modem is about 5m away from my computer. However I'm suffering from the unstable network meaning sometime i may just disconnect halfway in-game. That reminds me if I should consider a network card for a faster and stabler connection, since I am gonna stream with my new rig? Any advice is much appreciated. Sorry im a newbie hehe

Then 2months ago I updated my tp link thru the windows update and everything is solve. Probably try reinstall your drivers.

Actually updating windows doesn't seem to solve my problem. My wires aren't loose either. Still, do you think I would get a better result by using a network card? Thanks much.

Powercolor is a budget brand. Therefore their prices are more competitive, and IMO it offers more value for money and even the warranty period is same as other reputable brand such as MSI, Asus and Gigabyte. I read a couple of reviews on their non-reference design, PCS+. It performs pretty well in cooling and runs rather quiet too.

MSI and Asus GPUs are reputable brands and ensure their GPUs are of top quality build. Not to forget, their prices are also top quality prices , especially Asus. Example, Asus 7950 Top costs around $523, for that price, I could have gotten myself a Powercolor 7970 V3 @ $496. Performance is one level higher, costs cheaper but of course quality wise may not be as good as Asus.

For your case, I don't think MSI GTX 660 Ti costs the same as Powercolor 7950. The latter costs $395 and the former costs $473?

Well actually, based on the pricelist stated in this forum, the latest price of the Msi GTX 660Ti TwinFrozr Power Edition is at S$400. Not sure if shops are also currently selling at this price though.. I will be slightly leaning towards the msi one if their price are similar.
