Budget Gaming PC

Im looking to get a cheap gaming desktop with a budget at about $1000. This is my first time building a pc and need help from you bros. Could you guys recommend me a build that would be a bang for my buck? I dont need a keyboard,mouse and monitor.Im getting my os from a friend so you guys dont have to provide any info. I would also like to get a good but cheap case. Im looking to play games like WoW,LoL,Dota2,CS:GO,etc. but what i'd like to be able to achieve is to play WoW on at least high settings at a constant 60fps. I would really appreciate your help as i am unsure of what is good and what not. Thanks!
