Budget gaming rig 1k

I am planning to build a budget rig mainly for LOL, OW and WoW
Can someone help me out? Planning to get from pc theme.
I would also need an OS, which one win7 or 10?

I will recommend to just get Win 10.

Can consider:
1) Adding a 120gb SSD for your OS
2) Getting i5 6400 instead (+98). 4-cores can go a long way
3) if you need monitor, get from sitex or the LG 24" IPS is going for $169 on lazada

just get a usb type. easy for u to pinpoint where to put to let u get the most signal and speed from it.
