Budget HTPC help!

Hi experts,

Planning to build a HTPC for playing media files only, first time venturing into HTPC. Anyone has similar usage can recommend what CPU Mobo combo and ram should I go for?

REQUIREMENTS
Budget: $800 (can adjust, preferably lower)
3 transcoding stream
1 direct play
Remote access

Current parts that I have
- 240ssd
- 2 x 4TB hhd
- WD live book duo NAS (most likely using for backup purposes)

Planning to use Win10 + Plex and remote access also.

Might have missed out some stuff as most of my knowledge is from googling.

Any itx size also can, don't need nice one will chuck in at one corner. Forgot to mention will also be using BT at the same time as well.

Yes you can fit it in if you want. Get a USB Bluetooth and plug it at the back so the front usb is not occupied.
