Heres the parts right here:
CPU: need advice
Motherboard: Need advice

RAM/Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2)
Storage:115GB SSD & Western Digital 1 TB
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti
Case: BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX Series 600 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Bronze
Optical Drive: not needed
Cooler: not needed
OS: not needed

Budget for motherboard and CPU is below $300
please advice what i should buy

this pc is for budget gaming/ entertainment use

Asrock h81-DGS + 4460 ~ $298 from tradepac~~~

Do not allocate the budget by per individual parts. Indicate the overall budget of the entire rig, this allows you to have a slightly better balance rig instead.

Not unless you are reusing your parts.

I've already bought the other parts already, and re-using my RAM and storage. the budget is only for motherboard + Processor.

I'd like to know if there's any motherboard+processor that cost below $300 and is compatible with my rig stated above?

won't be upgrading in 2-3 years

MITX mobo is quite ex, due to smaller components used. You can try Asrock H81m-itx + i5-4460 at $342

$300 with an i5 + itx mobo then no.

$300 with an i3 yes possible or with an i5 + mATX mobo.
