Budget mITX system

Looking for a budget system and only need the following items. Basic usage will be sufficient as its for my young kids.

Items reguired only mITX motherboard, CPU, RAM and SSD.

Budget not too much of a problem. Just a low end for the kids.

If I use back Silverstone SG02 chassis then I will be looking for a semi modular PSU. If not I might be getting the Inwin Chopin. Just need the MB, CPU, Memory and 256GB SSD. There isn't any need for GPU.

How about those intel nuc systems? Just get the barebones system and add your own ram + ssd/hdd. Pretty small footprint and sufficient for your usage, can even conceal behind monitors with vesa mounts.
