As per the title i am looking for a budget android phone with no ads within the os. I only know that the Google Pixel series is ad free and maybe those Nokia phone too? My phone knowledge is incredibly limited so paisei if i said something wrongly.

Only used two smartphones before, one is the Galaxy S3 which is eons ago and when Samsung phone don't have any ads yet and now i'm still using Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 which is ads galore.

I don't mind rooting phone if it means having an ad free experience. Just that i'm not the most tech savvy so it needs to be reasonable easy😅

Xiaomi phones can be ad-free once you do some tinkering via adb

This is a good set to follow.

What's your budget level?

The Samsung Galaxy A52 is a really good buy for its class - hard to beat it.https://www.hardwarezone.com.sg/review-samsung-galaxy-a52-5g-review-most-affordable-waterproof-5g-phone

Another consideration is Realme 7 Pro, which now has a successor, but that only means 7 Pro would be much cheaper.

I'm using Adguard DNS on Android 9 and above to block built-in Advertisement.

Just need to configure "Private DNS" and point it to dns.adguard.com.

Tested on MIUI and all the system ads from Xiaomi and even Mobile Games Built-in ads got blocked.

Hwz ads also cannot be loaded too.

Only YouTube, and Facebook Ads didn't managed to block.
