Budget PC Build

Hey guys! I have posted a thread on this a few months back, and I really need help to build a budget gaming PC.
Last month, I had a really tight budget so the parts are not really that good
This time, can someone recommend a mid range build which cost like 600-900, the least the better, I cannot buy the parts online. Only locally, if the website has cash on delivery then I can buy it online.
So the previous thread the build was:
ASrock h81m-hds
Kingston valueram 8gb ddr3l 1600mhz
Sapphire R7 260x 2gb
someone pls recommend a ssd.
Fsp hexa + 450w
coolermaster n200
Windows 7 premium

Now I need a new build, keep budget as tight as possible
