Budget PC

Hi, I plan to build a PC with a Budget about 1.1k, can exceed a little. I just wanna ask if Aftershock is a good start for me to build since I’m not really proficient at building and I prefer all the parts to be new. I believe some carousell aren’t new and are there any suggestions other than aftershock?

My plan to use the PC for some games like league, pubg, r6, mhw, borderlands. Not much AAA games. Should I use ryzen or intel! And which gpu would be good?

So bottom line is, DIY is not cheaper than AS or Dreamcore for below 1.5k budget.
Buy online will be at most equal or maybe more expensive than AS or Dreamcore.
And also the trouble to assemble yourself, also the need to make multiple trips to shop for troubleshooting or RMA exchange in event of hardware failure.
