Why do you need 2 monitrs? Odd numbered monitors are preferred if you intend to span your gaming view throughout all monitors. Definitely not a good idea to have your crosshair halfway across your dual monitors.

Can I run maybe normal windows screen at 1st monitor and game on 2nd?

Bro, let's say I also do VMware, Visual Studio and Android Studio also abit of Circuit board rendering too, is i3 still sufficent? Sorry for asking so many questions.
How many VMs are you intending to run? Should have told us in your initial post.
Core i5 will be justifiable here...

The ASRock motherboard is good and offers more value for money.
ASRock has it roots from ASUS and currently amongst the Top 4...

Kingston and Crucial RAM are equally better but cheaper.
