BudgetDirect Car Insurance

Gotten my online car insurance quote from BudgetDirect, and it seems that the policy premium is the cheapest.

Does anyone has experienced buying car insurance online via BudgetDirect? Is there any hidden cost, or any bad experience that you could share?

Does anyone has any bad experience when comes to claim?

I am really skeptical as it's about $180 cheaper than my AXA renewal quotation.

Hi, it started this year only so I diubt there is a review .

Anyway, their presales was good and they called me back on a public holiday to explain to me so the experience is positive . I didn't find any hint of bad.

I also looked at their parent company before, I think its GDI or bdi and the reviews were generally good.

The CEO was direct Asia ex CEO FYI.

I'm keeping my finger cross that their claims experience is good.

I bought travel and car insurance from them this year only

read the docs very carefully as some insurers have many many exclusions to repudiate when cost is cheap

Did not buy from BudgetDirect but I got a $100 cheque from then bcos I got a cheaper quote elsewhere.

Their quote is cheaper by approximately $100++ (comparative to my existing AXA SmartDrive), and am really keen to sign up with them.

Write in for further clarification, and I guess will sign up with them.

If anyone has any other experience/tips to share about DirectBudget Insurance, feel free to do so!
