Symptom: Someone calls you, you cannot hear them. You are not using wired earphones nor speaker nor bluetooth headset. Call is answered not using accessories. i.e just picking up a call normally.
Happens After: You used a earpiece previously and plugged it out. A new calls comes in with earpiece unplugged.
Workaround: When a call comes in, put on speaker and turn off speaker. Other option is to reboot the phone. The issue occasionally comes back once you use a wired earpiece again.
Affects: iPhone 6S more frequently and 5S. The only devices my family owns. All since IOS 10. Reinstalling IOS from DFU does not help.
Does anyone have the same problem? It is affecing 4 different devices.
