Ya good build but u can change a few things to get better value and also depending on the shop

i9700KF (only diff this does not include discrete gfx), also shop dependent but can find for maybe $30-$50 cheaper.
Z390 aurous elite is a good board. Just avoid MSI Z390 pro carbon at all costs. Very bad cooling.
1tb 970 evo nvme - Expennnnsive, Adata SX8200 Pro is almost half price
Seasonic FP 650gold (7 years) - save $30-$50 really need 10yr?

With that you can bump your card to a 2080 or 2080 Super if its a good price (cause the price/performance is not great on the 2080 super). Can find some 2080 for $900-$1k on lazada, i see most shops in simlim dont carry them anymore.

Again very shop dependent and most shops can give a good $100-$300 discount if you buy entire PC from them.

NVME dun bother with samsung tbh , their current value price performance is no good at all. TLC Adata or corsair good enough , dirt cheap during sales too.

I would not buy a intel chipset cause very difficult to upgrade in the future plus nowdays amd price performance is too superior.
