Hi guys!! What do you think of this setup? Its a system meant to play BF4 @ 1920 x 1080 4X FSAA as well as World of Tanks. Then also Elder Scrolls online when its out.
MSI Z87 G65 Gaming board
i5 4650K CPU
2 x 8GB GSKill DDR32400
2 x 256GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD RAID 0 (for programs and games)
1 x 1TB HDD for data storage
2 x MSI 290 TF 4GB
1000W Seasonic Platinum PSU
Things I am undecided:
1. AIO watercooler so I could oc the CPU to 4.5GHz
2. What casing to house the parts. I don't need a big and expensive casing. Just want something that is just nice that could house the parts. I like Coolermaster Centurion and Elite but not sure if the graphics card could fit.
Lastly, do you think I should upgrade to 290x or just stick with 290 with do? Cause looking at the price difference, its not really worth getting 290x for that little bit more performance. I am also not running very high resolution and have no intention to go 4K monitors at all.
Also got CPU. Worth upgrading to i7 instead of i5? Cause I read that i7 is just slightly faster than i5 in gaming.
