Building a budget PC. Just want it to run PUBG on a 1080p 144hz monitor, not planning on overclocking. i read the amd ryzen is value for money but heard some issues with amd ryzen and the ram requiring certain mhz to run effective not sure if the ones i picked will work

Ram: 2 x KINGSTON 2400MHZ CL17(8gb)
SSD: KINGSTON UV400-SERIES 120GB 2.5" SSD
PSU: not sure how much wattage i need
GPU: GALAX GTX 1060 EX OC White 6GB
Not sure if this is overkill for a game like PUBG. Any ideas what to swap out to cut costs? Also need a recommendation on a 1080p 144hz monitor as well.
