building a cheap desktop

Hi, I have saved about ~$750 and would like to build a desktop

I do not need monitor but os is need. Only used for surfing net, stream youtube and play LoL. If possible I want to save as much as possible. Please help me thanks!!

Is the integrated graphics card good enough for lol? I was planning to get a 2nd hand graphics card in the future when I got more budget

It should run fine. The cpu might bottleneck but even so, the setup is more than capable to run LoL. Even at high settings.
