Building a customized desktop

Hi all, I would like to ask which shop in sg sells pc components at a lower rate? Sg or Msia cheaper? And I have a budget of 1.2k to build a gaming desktop CPU. Can anyone advice me on what parts to get? I am focusing more on processor, graphic cards, sound card though. Is it cheaper to buy a already made CPU in sim lim square or buy parts and fix myself? I'm also looking for a motherboard which can upgrade to 32gb ram but I am getting a 8gb first for now and slowly upgrade. 1.2k includes network card as well. Someone please guide me on what to get and where to get the best price hahaha

For a pure gaming rig, there is no need for 32gb of ram.

Nope 3rd gen i5 and 4th gen i5 in terms of gaming the fps difference is really nothing much
