Building a gaming computer .

Hi guys ! I was wondering what specs would be key to building a gaming computer . I mostly play games like Diablo 3 , Dota 2 , Medal of honour , dragon nest etc. I was hoping if anyone would be able to give a nice specs which would be able to run these games smoothly and many more high end game . I have a budget of $2000 and below . The lower the better of course , a little over that like $2300 should be fine too . And if possible maybe an address on where I could get it all done in Singapore itself .

Thats kind of it , basically from scratch I guess . And remind me if I have forgotten to put any essential parts in , I am pretty inexperience when it comes to this .
