building a modest gaming rig

hello peeps,

i am looking to build a rig that can run PUBG/DOTA 2 at around 60fps. looking to reuse my HAF 922 from 8 years ago. Anything else is brand new. I am looking for gaming peripherals recommendation. Trying to keep the budget as low as possible. brand doesn't matter to me. I do want to get a curved 32" 1440p 144hz screen to pair it with though. Please fill free to input your thoughts. Thanks!

If you have a low budget then drop the 1440p 144hz. This monitor require at least a 1070 to run.

Didnt add Gigabyte GPU cause its too expensive and 1070 price diff is way too huge .
