Building a new 2 PC (Gaming and basic use)

Hi All,

I am looking a building 2 new PC, one for gaming and one for basic use like surf net and light use of photoshop.

However I already have a PC that was build 1.5 years ago and the specs are as follows and I would like to reuse the parts for the 2 new PC:

ASROCK H87M PRO4 with i3 4130
Kingston 8GB
WD 1TB
Samsung DVD-RW
Zotac GTX760

Are there any recommendation as to what will the news specs for the 2 PC be? The gaming PC should hit the minimum requirement for Witcher 3. Witcher 3 recommended settings:

Intel CPU Core i7 3770 3,4 GHz
AMD CPU AMD FX-8350 4 GHz
Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 770
AMD GPU Radeon R9 290
RAM 8GB

Well I can give the solution for the basic machine: Just use your old one!

As for the gaming machine, I would highly suggest the R9 290, R9 290X, GTX 780, 780Ti, 970 or 980. Maybe the R9 390 if it gets released in time.

The Witcher 2 was already very demanding and The Witcher 3 looks to be quite over the top.
