Building a new desktop, need help!

My current budget is $2000

Firstly i dont own a pc monitor nor a keyboard as i have been using a laptop for the past few years.

Secondly im a total beginner in making a custom pc. And i play games like gta 5, csgo, dota 2, hoping to play them at max or ultra setting though.

Lastly i would like to thank beforehand to those who reply to my thread
