Playing PUBG and Black Desert Online
Thinking of getting GTX 1070 or 1080 and 16GB (8GB x2)
no OS or other peripherals such as mouse and keyboard are not required. Thank you!

Let me know if my budget isnt enough as well.

Nope cannot. 300 series mobo is not backward compatible with 6th/7th gen Intel cpu.
