Hi all, i am planning to build a mini ITX but stuck with the following,

9800x3d
Thermaltake TR100 casing
Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 pro 280

May i know if the Freezer 3 280 can fit into a TR100 casing?

Why play with AIO then known to fail over time? Just get a air cooler. Even a cheapo one preform similar.

ID cooling a620. This one power.. reusing for 4yrs from i9 10900k to i9 13900k. Overclocking no problem. My current main rig case is smaller.. so need to change tower 90mm fan size air cooler.

9800x3d vs 7800x3d... difference only 7% if not wrong, you pay 40% more. I was considering to buy it at 1st . Need to do more homework. Can share why do u need a 9800x3d again?

Memory get 16x2 6000mhz cl28 ones... normally in the market is cl30 to cl46 but 6000mhz. Price difference is sgd10 to 20 more only. Shoppee has good deals on this.

Why a TR100? I recommend tecware fusion 2 not m2 as u not limited to itx motherboards. Can buy matx instead itx board. Footprint is very small. I have alot of itx build and this case rely surprise me as the size is very close to itx case.

If die die then air cpu cooler that can fit this damn tight case.

I am currently using 6700k for about 9.5 years already which is starting to show signs of old age.
If money is not an issue, i wish to upgrade to a newer gen rather than the previous 1.

I mainly using it for gaming and productivity. While gaming, i will have a habit turning on a few more chrome to watch some streaming vids. This habit kind of stress my current rig which affect my gaming experience.
Instead of changing this habit, i rather change the entire PC.

I saw the TR100 at SLS and fell in love with it. My current casing is Fractal Design Define 7 Nano. Not too small, but definitely smaller than a normal ATX case.

Anyway thanks for the info, will check on it.

If u want a small build but don't want to pay the itx tax, then matx is a decent option for u.

There are small enough matx cases which are about 20 liters like jonsbo z20.

Around 25 liters is usually more preferred as it's still small enough but with enough space for cable management. Popular options are jonsbo d32 pro/std, lian LI Dan a3, sama im01 pro clones(the aforementioned tecware fusion 2 is actually a clone) and deepcool ch160 plus(the plus is matx, non plus is itx) are some notable options.

Most importantly, these cases all give u the option to support regular atx PSUs. Good small form factor PSU ain't cheap.
