Looking for a build around 1500~2000
dont need ssd or hdd, prob gonna use my old ones
just the cpu, dont need monitor/keyboard mouse etc

- wait for 20xx price drop

yes as mentioned by the others now is the time of major releases so u might want to hold out for another month until all the new things get announced and current gen parts start dropping in price (hopefully). then it will be a better time to consider whether to go with the cheaper parts or to pony up for better new gen parts.
